Tank and Rail Loading

Keystone provided project coordination and management as well as interfacing for installation and oversight of the new 180,000 Barrel API 650 tank, new loading arms at the rail car facility, and a Coriolis meter for custody transfer.  Services included a fast-paced Phase 2, 3 and4 engineering and project management effort. Keystone designed the foundation for the tank, as well as engineered all electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems.  Assisted with detailed TIC estimates for Phase 2 (+/- 30%) and Phase 3 (+/- 10%).

Milestone Project Services (wholly owned subsidiary of Keystone Engineering) also performed a 3D laser scan of the associated areas.
